Our presentation will identify those challenges and provide a brief overview of the support and technology that is available to help – at no charge.

After our presentation, Facility Managers will better understand how to utilize The Blue Book Network’s FREE services to:

Qualify your vendors using a customizable prequalification form
Effectively communicate project requirements to your private vendors and (if needed) Blue Book Network vendors.
Distribute documents easily and securely via a private online plan room
Generate reports to review message delivery, responses, and plan room activity.
Utilize a targeted building product search engine to find information on products and suppliers for pricing.

Mr. Turner has been with The Blue Book Network for ten years. His focus is on providing business solutions for clients in the Sacramento area. He is dedicated to working with and assisting architects, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, property owners, and of course, facility managers throughout the workflow of a project — from initial design through post-construction.

With a strong passion to drive the utilization of technology, and connect the industry with the resources they need to succeed, Mr. Turner is building a network designed to help owners and facility managers find the people, products and digital tools they need to complete their projects.

As Sacramento-area manager, Mr. Turner is proud to be part of an employee owned company that has been helping the Commercial Construction Industry for over 100 years (The Blue Book Network has been serving the building and construction industry since 1913).

Mr. Turner, and all the employee owners at The Blue Book Building and Construction Network, will continue to dedicate themselves to providing technology solutions, and educating the industry on ways to streamline workflow in all phases of the project process.
